OUR WARRANTY

We provide a warranty that on delivery and for a period of 10 years from delivery the Products shall be free from material defects. Your Products are guaranteed that should any structural or manufacturing fault occur during the warranty period then we will either repair or replace (at our own discretion) the faulty Products free of charge, subject to the conditions set out in this clause.

The warranty does not apply to any defect in the Products arising from;

- fair wear and tear

- wilful damage, abuse, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, improper care,prolonged UV exposure, negligence by you or by any third party or the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time;

- if you fail to use the Products for their intended purpose;

- any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorised repairers;

- any specification provided by you; and Bespoke Goods.

If you are a consumer,this warranty is in addition to, and does not effect, your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.
